There isn't a right or a wrong answer. It really boils down to what is right and wrong for you and your body. You may love pasta, but your body may hate it.
One thing is certain: if you regularly eat crappy, nutritionally void food you will ALWAYS feel crappy -- and you most certainly will NOT lose weight. Period.
So tell me, is this you?
The first thing you have to change is your perspective about food and eating.
- healthy relationships nourish us
- rewarding work nourishes us
- regular physical activity nourishes us
- spiritual awareness nourishes us
- by the intimacy
- by the relationship
- by love--
- we gain weight,
- we get digestive complaints
- we experience unrelenting fatigue
The second thing that has to change is you getting back into your own kitchen and preparing your own meals.
You heard me: You. Hafta. Cook...Period.
Why? Because the sooner you take back ownership of what goes in your body, the sooner you'll start to feel better than you've ever felt. The only way to accomplish this though, is for you to be in total control over what's in your food and what goes into your body.
Eat real food. Cook it yourself. It’s what your Grandma did (and mine lived to be 107!).
